Plating glue application method
This product is suitable for cold pressing operation.
Proportion: 100:12 (weight ratio) is the best ratio.
Gluing: It can be used with Ligao automatic mixing cloth system, single side 200-280g/m2, double-sided cloth glue effect is better;
Pressurization (cold pressure): a. Pressure: broadleaf tree species 10-15 kg/cm2, conifer species 8-10 kg/cm2;
b. Pressurization time: 45-120 minutes;
Hand cloth glue use period: mixed glue should be used up within 20-30 minutes;
Health period: 72 hours after pressure relief;
Substrate quality control: a. Wood moisture content 8-12%; ; b substrate splicing plane precision is controlled within ±0.1mm, best stitching with fresh shaved surface
