Application range: 1. Suitable for varnish/paper, PVC/paper and gray board bonding.

                  2. Suitable for varnish/paper and carton sealing. 1, for the binding characteristics of the book case lining: fast curing time, good initial tack. Good adhesion to BOPP/paper. Contains no phthalic anhydride plasticizer. The raw materials used are in compliance with the FDA (American Food and Drug Association) regulations 21 CFR 175. 105 “Binders”.

How to use: 1. Apply glue by hand or glue with a brush, force roller or rubber roller.

                   2, the substrate used for bonding should be dust-free, grease-free, knot-free and subject to constant temperature and constant humidity.

                   3, the processing surface should be kept flat, the surface is planed, the thickness deviation <0.1mm.

                   4. The moisture content of the substrate is adjusted at 8-12%, and the amount of glue applied is 180-50 g/m2.

                   5, generally do not use below 7 ° C or in a humid environment.

                   6, open time: 4-5 minutes, the shorter the better, generally ensure that the glue before the film is formed.

                   7, pressurization time: 30 minutes - 3 hours, depending on the water content of the substrate and operating conditions.

                   8, bonded substrate, the final bond strength can be reached after 24 hours.
